We arrive ahead of service, set up, and cook on site. Guests order at the window and we hand it over hot — coxinhas out of the fryer, churros rolled to order.
What is included
- On-site cooking and service from the Flavor House truck
- Uniformed crew for the duration of your service window
- Serviceware, napkins and condiments
- Setup and full breakdown — we leave the space as we found it
- A menu agreed in advance, priced per guest or per item
Good to know
- We need a level parking area for the truck and clearance to open the service side.
- We run self-contained. If power is available on site we will use it; tell us during booking either way.
- Service windows, headcount and menu are locked in when you approve the quote.
