About Flavor House

Brazilian street food, Utah streets.

Brazil, served out of a window

Flavor House started in 2025 as a Brazilian food trailer in Utah. The idea was simple and it has not changed: take the food people actually eat on the streets of Brazil, cook it properly, and serve it hot to whoever is standing in front of us.

Brazilian street food is not quiet food. It is fried, filled, shared standing up, and handed over with a smile. That is the experience we set out to bring here.

Our purpose

To bring the human warmth, the authentic flavor and the joy of Brazilian culture to the streets of the United States, through a food experience you will not get anywhere else.

Our vision

To become the local reference for Brazilian street food — real, tropical flavors, done well and done consistently.

What we stand for

Authenticity. Real food, made with traditional Brazilian ingredients and recipes.

Joy. Every order goes out with a smile and a bit of energy behind it.

Hospitality. A warm welcome, the way Brazilian tradition demands.

Quality. Excellence in the preparation, the hygiene and the flavor.

The toucan

The bird on the trailer is a toco toucan — native to Brazil, and about as recognisable as the country gets. We put a chef’s hat on him. The rounded lettering and the fruit tucked into the letters are there for the same reason: this is food that should feel tropical, handmade and welcoming before you have even ordered.

Book us

We bring the trailer to corporate events, weddings, parties and private gatherings across Utah. Tell us about your event and we will put a quote together.
